Photography by Axsys Design has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our photo products. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or nature of any of the products that you purchase form Photography by Axsys Design, please contact us and we will issue you a full refund for the products that you are willing to return to our processing center.
Refunds for items that were ordered accidentally, at our discretion, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please check your orders carefully to avoid ordering prints that you did not intend to.
Refunds for royalty free digital files, at our discretion, may not be available.
