- Why am I not able to complete the checkout process?
Some internet security programs such as Norton Internet Security prevent our checkout software from working properly. If you experience checkout problems, disabling your internet security program(s) might fix the problem that you are having.
- How can I see a larger version of the pictures?
As you are browsing through the pictures, you can see a larger version of each picture by clicking on the thumbnail version of the picture. A pop-up window will appear with the larger version of the picture and will give you the ability to add photography prints and merchandise to your shopping cart. If you have installed a pop-up blocker on your computer, you may need to disable it in order to view larger versions of each picture.

- How far will you travel?
Our typical No Cost, No Contract, No Obligation terms limit us to a one hour and forty-five minute travel radius. For weddings we prefer to stay in the area of the wedding overnight if we will be attending the rehearsal. You will be responsible for providing us one night of hotel lodging. For other types of pictures that will be taken on location, outside of our service radius, reasonable travel expenses will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

- What is a Royalty Free Digital File?
A Royalty Free Digital File is a digital copy of a photo that you are authorized to reproduce as much as you like.

- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow us up to 4 days to create your order and between 3 to 7 days for it to be delivered by the shipping carrier to locations that are within the United States.
