“Let It Be Me”~ Coley & Jon- 05.22.10
Monday, June 14th, 2010Love, oh sweet Love! Coley and Jon’s wedding was not only beautiful in appearance, but even more beautiful with all of the love that was invested by all who participated. Jon and Coley honored their family members that weren’t able to be there for their special day with memorial candles, picture, and bouquet. Every detail of this wedding had meaning; even down to the color. Coley chose the color peach because it was her grandmother’s favorite color. During the ceremony Coley surprised Jon by singing to him after they lit the Unity candle. She sang “Let it be Me”. I had never heard that song until that moment, and it was beautiful. The love and passion that these two have for each other is priceless and absolutely beautiful. Congratulations Jon and Coley!
I have to take a moment and commend all of the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen for stepping up after the wedding and helping the family clean up. I’ve been to many weddings and I have to say you guys did a great job being there for both the couple and their families. Great job!
Their reception was held at the newly built Gate Cottage on the Campus of Toccoa Falls College. This new building is BEAUTIFUL!!! Absolutely perfect for a wedding reception.
All the beautiful floral arrangements were made my Megan McAvoy with K&M Handcrafts (visit their facebook fan page).
The amazing and beautiful cakes were made by Elizabeth from EB Cakes! Great job as always Elizabeth!
After Jon and Coley left the reception, we were able to meet back up with this beautiful couple to do some more fun and intimate pictures. I just LOVE it when the bride and groom want to do pictures after the reception. There is no rush to get anywhere. They feel so much more relaxed and are able to enjoy each other while I capture every second of it!

Friday, June 11th, 2010Andrew and Elyse were married in April. It was a pretty wet day…hmmm ok really, it was pouring outside pretty much all day. However, the mood inside was happy and relaxed. Andrew nor Elyse were the least worried about the weather; their main focus was right where it needed to be…on eachother. Their wedding was beautiful! The theme was spring, and although it was pouring outside, inside they had their very own garden. Congratulations Andrew and Elyse! May your marriage be blessed!

Heather + Matt’s Wedding
Wednesday, October 7th, 2009My sweet sister-in-law, Heather just got married to the man of her dreams, Matt. We celebrated with them on September 26. The ceremony was to take place at Toccoa Falls and the reception at North GA Tech Curahee Campus. Unfortunately it was raining and so the ceremony was moved to the Curahee Campus as well. Dispite the nasty weather and the change in venue, the wedding was beautiful and the couple had a great time. My little angel, Jasmine, was asked to be the flower girl. And if I may, she is the prettiest flower girl that I have EVER seen! No worries I will be posting a whole other blog entry for her. Congratulations to you both. We love you!!
