SENIORS!!!! Yep, it’s that time already. School is about to start and the seniors are looking for some fun pictures before they get into the heat of the school year. Zac is a senior and football player at Stephens County High School. We met up a couple of weeks before he started his summer football training. It was a VERY HOT evening, but we had fun and came out with some great shots!
Ok, so I am taking a little breather to give you a taste of what I’ve been up to the past couple of weeks!

Jennifer and her family are “picture pros”!! hahaha! Well turns out that Jennifer is as much of a picture lover as I am, so this session was fun. On the day we planned to meet the weather was beautiful all day until about 20 minutes before our planned session. The clouds got dark and the sprinkling began. However, the weather here lately has reminded me a lot of Florida in that it will rain about 30 minute each day then the sun is right back out. With that in mind Jennifer and her family continued their drive to Toccoa in hopes that the sky would clear up for their session….and it did!
Jennifer and her husband Keith have three adorable little girls: Aleah, Taylor, and Kayla. All three were great in front of the camera, but as you can tell little Kayla loved the spotlight! I really enjoyed my time with this family and can’t wait for us to meet up again! Jennifer says she is already thinking about what they should all wear for their next session! AHHH! I love it!
As we were leaving, I thought this flower on this tree was very fascinating and just had to get a picture of it. The little bee decided to give the picture a bit of character!
Ok, so fabulous is not really their last name, but it is absolutely a great adjective to describe this family. I first met Paige at our local Children’s consignment sale. She is pretty much the sweetest person you will ever meet. She started talking about her girls and her love for pictures, and well I just had to share with her what I do. Now look, here I am with a beautiful family and my camera. Awww, a little slice of Heaven. Paige and Matt are expecting their third little girl! They were as excited for their third as I was with my first! Such a refreshing thing to see. We started the session at their beautiful home, then moved down the road to the trestle and it began to rain. Instead of calling it a night, we decided to run from the rain. And it worked!! Paige and Matt thank you for allowing me to capture the joy your family has for this precious new addition. I look forward to meeting her in July!

Energy doesn’t even begin to describe little JJ. If I only had an ounce of his energy imagine all that I could accomplish…well for starters I wouldn’t be 2 months behind on updating this blog! haha! JJ is now two and loves to take pictures! When you look at that sweet face you can’t help but to smile. His beautiful smile just lights up the room, and his little giggle is priceless. Lovelene you have an amazing child!

Cayden, Keaton, and their beautiful mother Autumn met up with me for the second part of their family session. The first time we got snowed/rained out, but this time the weather was beautiful! These two boys are models in the making! They both love to pose, which makes it so much fun for a photographer! This family is incredible and I enjoyed every minute with them! Thanks Autumn, I hope we get to do this again!

2009 has come and gone, but not without leaving some great memories to carry along with me. It was a very busy year with a lot of new experiences. I wanted to post a few pictures of what 2009 brought to the table, but it was so hard to narrow down to just a few.
