Brittany & Branden are married!!! July 10, 2010

Thursday, August 12th, 2010

Brittany and Branden’s wedding was BEAUTIFUL!! Every detail was handcrafted by the beautiful Bride herself. Their wedding was held at a beautiful farm in Cleveland, GA. It was a very hot day, but that didn’t stop anyone from having fun and celebrating this beautiful union. Now I’ve seen people “in love,” then I’ve really seen people IN LOVE!! And let me just say Brittany and Branden are IN LOVE!! Their joy and happiness is so contagious, it made me want to renew my vows all over again. It was sooooo easy doing pictures for this couple. They laughed pretty much constantly, and Brittany had me laughing all day. As you can see she is not shy in front of the camera and honestly the camera loves her! Congratulations to the very happy couple and thank you for allowing us to be a part of such a wonderful day in your life!!

Brittany pretty much thought of everything! For instance something to keep the kids occupied and happy during the reception. Below the kids are holding up little hand mask that they had the opportunity to color during the reception. Such a cute idea.

Alicia & Stephen are married!! — June 26- Cornelia, GA

Thursday, July 29th, 2010

Alicia and Stephen are such a fun couple and are sooooo in love! Their ceremony was beautiful. Each and everything said or done was NOT taken lightly. Lots of prayer and time was spent putting the entire day together and it showed.

We started the day off at Simmons Bond Inn where the girls were getting ready. I was able to get a few shots of Alicia before we headed to the church. Once we arrived at the church the day of beauty began to unfold and my finger just didn’t want to stop pressing the triger on my camera! Also while looking through these pictures notice all the funny faces that this couple makes!! It’s awesome!

Alicia and Stephen opted to see each other before the ceremony, which by the way I LOVE! However, unlike most couples that choose to see each other before the wedding, Stephen and Alicia wanted to share the “At first Glance” moment with their immediate family as well. Stephen waited at the altar, family sitting quietly in the pews, and the doors open…here comes the beautiful bride Alicia. Stephen had a smile bigger than you can imagine across his face. It was a very sweet moment. Then it was picture time!!

Kris & Lindsay’s After Session

Thursday, July 29th, 2010

Kris and Lindsay are back and looking GREAT! After sessions are THE BEST! No stress of the wedding day, plus you can pretty much do whatever you want in the dress! Before Lindsay and Kris even got married, she asked me if they can do an After Session with their dogs. This was my first time shooting with animals. It was interesting to say the least, but we had fun! Here are some fun shots of Kris, Lindsay, and their babies!

Kris & Lindsay said “I do” on June 12!!

Tuesday, July 13th, 2010

You’ve seen Lindsay and Kris for their engagement pictures and now…Lindsay and Kris tied the Knot on June 12!!! An outside GA wedding in June, need I say more….IT WAS HOT!!! Regardless of the heat, the wedding was beautiful and we were able to get lots of fun pictures. Their wedding was held at an amazingly beautiful Mill Creek in Homer, GA. It was a perfect location for a wedding, especially for the two of them. The love they have for each other is breathtaking and nothing, not even the heat, was going to bring them down from cloud nine. The two decided to see each other before the ceremony and do all of their pictures before hand (which by the way photographers love!). Kris was escorted by two bridesmaids from the car all the way to his beautiful bride. After about 15 minutes we continued with the rest of the pictures. Their ceremony was short and sweet. After a beautiful ceremony, they had a high energy BBQ reception with lots of dancing and fun! Congratulations Kris and Lindsay!!

“Let It Be Me”~ Coley & Jon- 05.22.10

Monday, June 14th, 2010

Love, oh sweet Love! Coley and Jon’s wedding was not only beautiful in appearance, but even more beautiful with all of the love that was invested by all who participated. Jon and Coley honored their family members that weren’t able to be there for their special day with memorial candles, picture, and bouquet. Every detail of this wedding had meaning; even down to the color. Coley chose the color peach because it was her grandmother’s favorite color. During the ceremony Coley surprised Jon by singing to him after they lit the Unity candle. She sang “Let it be Me”. I had never heard that song until that moment, and it was beautiful. The love and passion that these two have for each other is priceless and absolutely beautiful. Congratulations Jon and Coley!

I have to take a moment and commend all of the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen for stepping up after the wedding and helping the family clean up. I’ve been to many weddings and I have to say you guys did a great job being there for both the couple and their families. Great job!

After Jon and Coley left the reception, we were able to meet back up with this beautiful couple to do some more fun and intimate pictures. I just LOVE it when the bride and groom want to do pictures after the reception. There is no rush to get anywhere. They feel so much more relaxed and are able to enjoy each other while I capture every second of it!

Andrew & Elyse say “I DO”

Friday, June 11th, 2010

Andrew and Elyse were married in April. It was a pretty wet day…hmmm ok really, it was pouring outside pretty much all day. However, the mood inside was happy and relaxed. Andrew nor Elyse were the least worried about the weather; their main focus was right where it needed to be…on eachother. Their wedding was beautiful! The theme was spring, and although it was pouring outside, inside they had their very own garden. Congratulations Andrew and Elyse! May your marriage be blessed!

We’ve been married for 5 years!!!

Saturday, May 15th, 2010

Time sure does fly when you are having fun. And that is how I would sum up the last five years…FUN! Yes, we’ve had hard times, but God has blessed us with many more good times! To celebrate our 5th anniversary we took a cruise to The Bahamas. If you have never been on a cruise, I completely recommend it. It was so relaxing and so much fun. Honestly, I came home spoiled and ready to hop on the next cruise ship available. However, I’m back in the “real” world and ready to have fun doing this summer’s weddings and many family sessions. But first I wanted to share some fun pictures from our trip.

We went to the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island where we had the amazing opportunity to swim with the dolphins. I caught the dolphin as she was jumping up to entertain us! I say it’s my post card picture!

All dressed up for the cruises formal dinner night! And thank you to our new friends, Ashley and Jason, whom we met on the ship and were so kind to take all of the pictures that have both me and my hubby Jason in them!

While we were in Freeport, Bahamas we visited Lucaya Beach and took anniversary pictures together! Yes, this is my original wedding dress! We had so much fun doing pictures. The first picture of myself is my FAV!! Thanks again to Ashley for taking the pictures of Jason and I!
